Kimberly started as a nurse in medical centers and hospitals over 20 years ago, providing her with a foundation in overall healthcare. A surgeon she was friends with encouraged her to experience surgical nursing at his Plastics & Reconstructive Surgery practice. Although she was reluctant to the change at first, he persisted! She immediately fell in love with Plastic Surgical nursing and spent seven years in that role. She is forever grateful to her friend and mentor for introducing her to the surgical and aesthetics world.
As Kimberly pursued higher education, roles expanded for her as a provider and Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner. After working as an aesthetic injector in aesthetic practices and med spas, she realized her desire to provide personalized care and individualized medical aesthetic services to meet patients where they were in the process, leading her to establish Prana Blue Aesthetics. She believes in putting patients first, providing personalized care, and staying up to date on the latest safe and effective therapies and techniques.
Kimberly believes education is a foundation of attaining amazing results. She travels annually to in-person advanced clinical courses, stays abreast of scientific findings on health and safety in aesthetics, and regularly attends education sessions from industry leaders.
